The 5-30 kg row gives length L = 62 mm, height H = 58 mm, body thickness W = 12 mm and M8 x 1.25 threads. Its W1 dimension is 18 mm. At 50-300 kg, L/H/W become 70/64/20 mm, the thread is M12 x 1.75 and W1 is 26 mm. Include the housing and cable-gland envelope in the fixture review; reserving only the body thickness can leave the connection or cover without clearance.

Do not assign the 500 kg outline from the lower drawing

The 500 kg row retains L = 70 mm, H = 64 mm, W = 20 mm and M12 x 1.75, but W1 is not given and the housing is illustrated separately. Obtain that configuration drawing before assuming the 26 mm W1 envelope applies. Compare the two load attachments and cable route as well as the main dimensions. A shared thread and body height do not settle every installation detail.

Nonlinearity is listed as +/-0.03-0.05% FS, with +/-0.03% FS entries for hysteresis, repeatability and creep. Those values are separate sensor characteristics, not a complete test-system guarantee. Ask for the test conditions needed by the application, including any held-load duration. The working range is -20 to +70 deg C. Confirm material and IP65 or IP66 construction together with the protection of the completed cable connection.

Q1. Is the 500 kg version identical to the 50-300 kg housing?

The main dimensions and thread match, but the table omits W1 for 500 kg and shows a separate form. Confirm the complete offered housing and cable exit. Do not approve clearance from the lower-group W1 value alone.

Q2. Can the M8 fixture be reused above 30 kg with a thread adapter?

The higher group changes body dimensions and thread to M12 x 1.75. An adapter also affects installation length, alignment and the force carried by the adjoining parts. Review the entire fixture and its rated load before accepting that conversion.
