Industrial measurement products

For continuous level measurement, start with the radar level meters or guided wave radar catalogue. A tank drawing, nozzle dimensions and information about foam, dust or buildup are more useful for selection than the nominal measuring range alone. For point-level detection, review the available RF admittance level switches and the conditions stated for the selected model.

The industrial weighing range includes load cells, weigh modules, indicators and accessories. A load cell measures force; the installed weighing result also depends on the supports, restraints, pipe connections and calibration. Identify whether the purchase is for a replacement sensor or a complete weighing assembly before comparing quotations.

Water level and flow instruments serve a different selection task: mounting geometry, the measured water surface and the required output must suit the monitoring site. A level measurement alone does not establish discharge without an appropriate flow calculation and site information.

For connections to control systems or remote platforms, see data acquisition products. Match each sensor output to a documented input or communication port. RS485 describes an electrical interface; it does not by itself confirm Modbus RTU support or compatibility with a particular PLC.

Choosing a product or planning a system

Use the product catalogue when the measurement method and installation are already known. Use the solution guides when the question is how to combine measurement, alarms, weighing or data collection. Model-specific drawings and manuals remain the basis for checking dimensions, wiring and operating limits.

For an initial enquiry, send the process medium, required measurement, operating conditions, installation drawing or photographs, power supply and receiving equipment. For replacements, include the existing nameplate and wiring information. A matching product name is not evidence of a drop-in replacement.
